Currently, the emergence of a novel human corona virus, COVID-19, has become a global burden causing severe symptoms and death. In this literature review, we will introduce most of up-to-date reported methods that have been developed for determination of two important antimalarial and anti-COVID-19 drugs which are Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine in their pure form, combined form with other drugs, combined form with degradation products, and in biological samples.
