Blepharochalasis is a common presentation in Oculoplastic clinic. Many Patients are seeking eyelid cosmetic surgery. Eyelid cosmetic surgery is science and art. The mid face should be considered during evaluation of lower eyelid Blephplasty. In this lecture evaluation and management of lower lid bleparochalasis and mid face aging changes are discussed. Pre and post as well as intraoperative photos are included.
